Patricia Sala y Jordi Brotons founded the firm in 2019 to build a strong team across every area of law.
We have brought law, tax, employment and accounting together in a single team in Sant Cugat del Vallès and Barcelona. The result? A global view of your matter, faster answers and the peace of mind of not having to jump from one specialist to another. Patricia Sala Segura
Patricia founded the firm with Jordi Brotons in 2019 to build a strong team across every area of law.
A specialist in employment and Social Security law, she has extensive experience advising national and international companies. She previously worked at firms including PwC and BDO.
She currently speaks for the Barcelona Bar Association, business associations and local councils.
Jordi Brotons Parera
Jordi founded the firm with Patricia Sala in 2019 to build a strong team across every area of law.
A specialist in tax law, he has extensive experience advising national and international companies and high-net-worth individuals on tax. He previously worked at Deloitte, PwC and KPMG, focusing on transaction tax, due diligence and restructurings.
He speaks for the Barcelona Bar Association and teaches on the Master's in Legal Practice at ISDE Law & Business School.
Rosa Sala Acosta
Rosa is a lawyer specialising in corporate and real estate law and an insolvency practitioner, with extensive experience advising companies, investors and individuals.
She began her career at Roca&Junyent and later worked as in-house counsel at Condis Supermercats. Since then she has practised independently, specialising in corporate transactions and disputes, restructurings, real estate and litigation.
Patricia Pérez Pérez
Extensive experience advising and defending individuals and businesses, with a particular focus on tax litigation.
Laura Rojano Ureña
She advises businesses and individuals on corporate, civil and employment matters, combining solid specialist training with a practical, approachable style.
Laura Ramírez Martín
She advises individuals and businesses on tax, civil and financial matters, supporting them rigorously and closely at every stage.
Montserrat Gibert Folguera
A long career in employment and human resources. She leads the firm's payroll team and supports businesses day to day.
Esther Luque Gil
Extensive experience advising companies, the self-employed and professionals on employment matters, from hiring and payroll to termination.
Lydia Romero García
Part of Conversa's employment team, she handles payroll and Social Security contributions and advises businesses on employment matters.
